Refund Policy

1. Institute subscription plans

Subscription plans are billed per cycle (monthly or yearly) and grant a set number of AI-generation credits for that cycle. Unused credits from a previous cycle do not carry over unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

2. Wallet credit top-ups

Wallet credit packs are generally non-refundable once purchased, since credits become available for use immediately. If a top-up fails to reflect in your wallet due to a technical error on our end, contact us for resolution.

3. Student course purchases

Refunds for a course purchased from an institute are handled per that institute's own refund terms, since the institute — not LMH Saarthi — is the seller of the course. Contact your institute directly for a course refund request.

4. Payment processing errors

If you were charged due to a genuine platform error (e.g. a duplicate charge from a payment retry), contact us with your payment reference and we'll investigate and refund confirmed errors via Razorpay.

5. How to request a refund

Email contact@lmhsaarthi.in with your registered email/mobile and payment reference ID.
