Common questions

I can't log in to the Educator app. Use "Forgot Password" on the login screen to reset it via a one-time email code. If you still can't get in, email us your registered email/institute name and we'll help directly.

My live class isn't starting. Live classes can go out via OBS Studio (from a laptop) or straight from your phone's camera in the Educator app. Make sure your YouTube channel is connected in Settings first, and that you have a stable internet connection before going live.

A student says they can't see a course they bought. Ask them to pull-to-refresh their course list, and confirm the purchase shows as successful in your institute's Billing → Course Sales. If it's still missing, email us the student's email and course name.

I want to cancel or change my plan. Open Billing inside the app or web dashboard to see your current plan and upgrade options, or email us and we'll walk you through it.

How do I delete my account or data? Email contact@lmhsaarthi.in from your registered email requesting deletion — see our Privacy Policy for details on what's removed.
