What data LMH Saarthi collects, how it's stored, and who can access it.

When an institute, teacher, or student uses LMH Saarthi, we collect account information you provide directly (name, email or mobile number, institute details), content you upload or generate (courses, notes, exams, videos, documents), and usage data needed to operate the platform (login sessions, course progress, test attempts).
Each institute's data — students, courses, content, and results — is scoped to that institute in our database. One institute cannot access another institute's students, content, or analytics.
Session identifiers are stored as httpOnly cookies. Sensitive configuration values (such as payment gateway credentials) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before being stored. Uploaded videos, documents, and images are stored using S3-compatible object storage, isolated per institute.
Course purchases and subscription payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details on our own servers — that is handled directly by Razorpay's payment infrastructure.
A student's institute (their teachers and institute owner) can see that student's own activity within their institute. LMH Saarthi's own platform administrators can access data only as needed for support, security, or legal compliance.
Depending on the features an institute uses, data may pass through: Razorpay (payments), Zoom (live classes, if connected), an AI provider (for AI-generated content, processing only the input you provide it), and SMS/email providers (for OTP and notifications).
You can request account deletion or a copy of your data by contacting your institute (for student accounts) or contacting us directly (for institute accounts) at the address below.
